      I think what this quote is trying to say is that some people do whats wrong and some others do whats right. For example, people choose the wrong because they think its good to choose the wrong.But they don't consequences they could cause.Some people choose the right because they know choosing the right is better for them. Some people think choosing the wrong is right for them  and some people choose the right thinking there choosing the wrong.
